Planning in Nottinghamshire

A county-wide service from a Nottinghamshire team

Our office is in Fernwood, near Newark, so the whole county is within easy reach. We come to you at home, meet you at our office, or talk it through by video, whichever suits you.

Nottinghamshire families come to us at every stage: young parents choosing guardians, homeowners worried about Inheritance Tax, and sons and daughters helping a parent set up Lasting Powers of Attorney or sort out an estate.

Common questions

Your questions, answered

Anything else? Call us on 020 8050 4201.

Do I need to travel to Newark?

No. We visit clients at home across Nottinghamshire, and many people prefer to meet by video. You’re welcome at our Fernwood office if that’s easier.

Do you work evenings?

Yes. Meetings are available until 7pm most evenings, so you don’t need to take time off work.

Can you help if a parent is losing capacity?

Lasting Powers of Attorney can only be made while someone still has the mental capacity to understand them, so it’s best not to wait. We can explain the options and what happens if it’s too late for an LPA. See Lasting Powers of Attorney.
